实际资产(real assets)
答:实际资产是指不动产、贵金属、珠宝、古董艺术品等名义价值随通货膨胀自动进行调整,实际价值保持不变的一类资产。由于实际资产的实际价值比较固定,在通货膨胀中,其名义价值将随物价的上涨而上升。因此,在通货膨胀经常发生的国家,居民更倾向于持有实际资产。
